Egbertians were not at the races in the first 15mins as 3-5-2 formation obviously was not working. In that time Mayfield went one nil up and Egbertians then had a reshuffle back to 442 and had to plug defences places with forwards! The rest of the game saw Egbertian dominant play but with 2 busses being parked by the opposition there was no way through & Mayfield hung on to claim all 3 points.
